How to launch a business builder
based on the startnow NEW CONSULTANT MANUAL

A business builder is someone who has been given a presentation about Arbonne products and opportunity and has decided that they want to duplicate our system to achieve their personal, financial and business goals.

During the meeting to sign up and place initial order, Help your new Sponsor choose the Start up that is best for them! Your new Business Builder needs your guidance to choose the start up best for them based on: 
  • How fast do they want to reach the Management/income Levels…CDARN
  • How many hours each week? "I will dedicate ____ hours per week to building my Arbonne business! = STEP THREE
  • What their budget allows…
  • What their demographic market is: male/female, young/anti-aging
  • What their Reach Out Methods will be.
WE SUGGEST 4-10 CONTACTS/WEEK to be Serious Biz Builders/ vs. hobby.

STEP ONE:  Become a product of the Product
Explain Options:
  • Free Product, Free shipping on open now for business kit
  • RSVP
  • Essential sets
  • REsults set
  • Host reward
  • Bonus products
  • REsults set -or- 4 kits (based on demographics) are helpful to plug into system effectively (This is 35% off biz tools which are tax write off), Explain why?
  • You may use Host Rewards to select up to $400 for $80 will get products for personal use (80% off)…build belief in Arbonne products by being a product of the product and when someone asks if they’ve tried it they can honestly answer “yes”. 
DO NOT just give catalog and let them think about what bonus products will be and get back to you…guide them through by making suggestions.

STEP TWO: Order the "Open NOW FOR BUSINESS" PACK

Optional income producing activity:  Selling 6 RSVP’s to HOT market (people who’d do a favor for you, family, closest friends, etc.) Explain $59.10 override for each kit in paycheck directly from Arbonne will help keep dream stealers away with a $354.60 paycheck in first month, which will also offset initial product orders. If two decide to share an RSVP you get an instant referral for a later sign up where they can do it again ($175 each, for $350 worth of products w/one paying $29 sign-up and getting free product)

STEPS FOUR: Get Oriented

  1. Give them the StartNow Workbook so they can make up their 20-100 person contact list and 21 reasons WHY- complete in next two days.
  2. Code of Ethics (copy from your Plan NOW Consultant Calendar, email link.
  3. Provide list of conference calls and local, regional, and national events as appropriate
  4. Ask them to read at the first 32 pages from the 45 second presentation book by Don Failla.
  5. Schedule Business Strategy session to occur in 48 hrs
Ask them to bring to strategy session: 
  • Completed Start NOW Workbook
  • Personal calendar,
  • written questions 
  • Orders they’ve received from "HOT market". (you may teach how to place online)

  • Prioritize their 20-100 person list with them. Ask 6 questions - have them make check marks to all they say “yes” too, people who have most checks are called first. 
(1)    Who would you really get excited about having on your Arbonne team? 
(2)    Are they successful and know a lot of people? 
(3)    Have you heard them talk about being dissatisfied with their current job or business? 
(4)    Do they have network marketing experience? 
(5)    Do they live in your local area or city? 
(6)    Do they have desire to make a change or start their business?


DEVELOP A PLAN OF ACTION:
  • Decide on whether to have a biz launch (one or two) with friends and family to announce their business.  – This will Focus on opportunity to “assemble their dream team”.
  • Give open dates to meet with top 4 prospects after they are called…may be a 3way call too.
  • Review Successplan and Policies & Procedure Manual
  • Explain how to become a DM
  • Help them assemble kits when their order arrives for REsults Approach presentation.
  • Show or direct them to online Flash presentation with REsults and Opportunity
  • Demonstrate how to prepare curiosity/sponsoring packets for prospective business bldrs. Have at least 10 on hand at all times.
  • Set goals to achieve DM, AM, RVP...( good, great, awesome for each level)
Good Goal is to create $2500 new Retail Volume in first month. and every month while building to Nation.
  • Show how to input orders brought with them, great hands on training with our shop online web site.
  • Review how the REsults Approach works with four key steps: Contact | Drop | Pickup| REpeat -- 4-10x/week 
  • Request they phone you weekly, follow – up, be a COACH, and help your new biz builder stay on track to reach their goals, and change their life!  You can make a difference!
MOST IMPORTANT
  • Follow the system yourself!
  • Learn as you earn!
  • Be Coachable!
  • Ask your sponsor/upline for help training your new consultants, but continue "mind your own business and focus on new activities until you've launched 4, who've launched 4....!
  • Share the excitment with your upline and your team. Duplicate yourself by teaching others to do the same and rememer to have fun!
